Love Bugs Home Daycare LLC is fully licensed and insured, meeting all Florida state requirements for health, safety, and childcare standards. You can verify our license with confidence.
Authentic Bilingual Care — English & Spanish
Our provider Anie is a native Spanish speaker from Cuba with 5 years of Spanish teaching experience. Spanish is spoken naturally throughout the day — not just labeled on walls.
Warm, Family-Style Home Environment
Children are cared for in a real home, not a large institutional facility. Small group sizes mean every child gets individual attention, warmth, and consistency every single day.
Safe, Clean, and Child-Ready Setting
Our space is kept clean, organized, and safe for children of all ages. From infant-safe sleep areas to age-appropriate toys and outdoor space, safety is always our first priority.

Hi, I'm Anie — and I treat every child like my own
I was born and raised in Cuba, and I've always had a deep love for children and education. Before opening Love Bugs Home Daycare, I spent 5 years teaching Spanish — and I bring that same patience, structure, and joy for learning into everything we do here.
I opened Love Bugs because I believe every child deserves a safe, warm, and stimulating environment during their most important years. In a home daycare, I can give children the individual attention they need — the kind you simply can't get in a large center.
When you drop your child off at Love Bugs, you're not leaving them with a stranger. You're leaving them with someone who genuinely cares — and who will celebrate every milestone right alongside you.
What Your Child's Day Looks Like
Structure and routine help children feel safe and thrive. Here's how a typical day unfolds at Love Bugs.
Morning Arrival & Breakfast
Children arrive and settle in with a warm welcome. A nutritious breakfast is served to start the day right. This is a gentle transition time — calm, cozy, and familiar.
Bilingual Circle Time
We gather for songs, counting, colors, and stories in both English and Spanish. This is the heart of our bilingual program — language learning through joy and repetition.
Learning Activities & Creative Play
Hands-on activities tailored to each age group — arts and crafts, sensory play, puzzles, building, and imaginative play. Activities are designed to build cognitive and fine motor skills.
Lunch
A home-cooked, nutritious lunch is provided. Mealtimes are social — children practice conversation, manners, and independence in a relaxed, family-style setting.
Nap / Rest Time
Infants sleep in their own safe sleep space following Florida guidelines. Toddlers and preschoolers rest on mats. Children who don't sleep enjoy quiet independent activities.
Storytime & Afternoon Snack
We read books in English and Spanish, building vocabulary and a love of reading. A healthy afternoon snack is served to refuel for the rest of the day.
Outdoor Play
Weather permitting, children enjoy fresh air and active play in our fenced outdoor area. Physical activity, gross motor development, and nature exploration are all part of the routine.
Wind-Down & Pick-Up
The afternoon winds down with quiet play and one-on-one time. Parents are welcomed with a daily update on their child's activities, meals, mood, and any important notes.
* Schedules are adapted based on the age and needs of each child. Infant routines follow individual feeding and sleep schedules.
